1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

• Age Requirement: The User must be at least 18 years of age and of sound mind to enter into a binding agreement as per the Indian Majority Act.
• Accuracy of Data: You agree to provide true, current, and complete information (Name, Contact, PAN, etc.). Any fraudulent data may lead to immediate termination of services.
• Verification: Finastra reserves the right to verify User identity through OTP or document submission to prevent financial identity theft.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Intermediary Role: Finastra acts as a professional bridge between the User and various Financial Institutions (Banks/NBFCs). We facilitate loan comparisons, documentation, and processing.
• No Guarantee: While we strive for the best outcomes, Finastra does not guarantee loan approval, as the final decision rests solely with the lending partner.

3. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal and financial data shared by the User is treated as "Confidential." By using this Website, you grant Finastra the right to share your data with verified lending partners and Credit Bureaus (like CIBIL) to process your financial requests.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

The name "Finastra", logos, website design, UI/UX, software codes, and content are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Finastra Intermediary & Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Replication or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Finastra shall not be liable for any data breach caused by third-party hacking or "Force Majeure" events beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for any financial loss or damages arising from the rejection of loan applications by banks.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The legal jurisdiction shall be Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra.
